Josie joined Quantify in 2025 as our Operations Lead, and she's quickly become the heartbeat of the team. With 18 years as VP of Business Operations at a construction company, she knows what it takes to keep a organizations running smoothly — and she brings that same energy to everything she does here. From making sure our clients are happy and our tech is humming along, to onboarding new clients, getting them set up with the right access, and jumping in on marketing — Josie does it all. She's the kind of person who dives headfirst into every project and never stops until things are done right.

Beyond her sharp eye for detail and pride in her work, Josie is known for her infectious laugh, being a great listener, and her knack for connecting with just about anyone.

Josie comes from a big family with seven siblings and lives in Pittsburgh with her husband of 27 years, their 10-year-old daughter, and two energetic Boston Terriers, Pearl and Paisley. She also loves hanging out with her identical twin sister, Rosie...and yes, she has plenty of funny and unique "twin stories" to share!
