Josie joined Quantify in 2025, bringing 25 years of bookkeeping experience to our team. For 18 of those years, she was the VP of Business Operations at a construction company, where she was the go-to person for anything related to accounting, job costing, estimating, or just crunching numbers. Josie loves diving into projects and always goes the extra mile for our clients.

Beyond her sharp eye for detail and pride in her work, Josie is known for her infectious laugh, being a great listener, and her knack for connecting with just about anyone.

Josie comes from a big family with seven siblings and lives in Pittsburgh with her husband of 27 years, their 10-year-old daughter, and two energetic Boston Terriers, Pearl and Paisley. She also loves hanging out with her identical twin sister, Rosie...and yes, she has plenty of funny and unique "twin stories" to share!
